The materials used here was a Japanese cypress, Hinoki, 120mm square pole. Because of its strong water resistance, cypress have often been used for foundation since long time ago. There is a ditch on top surface of the square poles where a wooden board will be fitted to make a wall. These square poles must be placed horizontally on the concrete basement.
