An 8 jo (eight tatami mats, about 13 square meters) tea room, Mizuya, Yoritsuki, bathroom, Koshikake-machiai and Roji. (for those who are thinking ‘what are they!?? —> please see the previous entry Part 3 or online dictionary Jaanus)

It took about 3 months to transform a bedroom into the complete tea ceremony facility. It could not have been built without professionals such as carpenters, plasterers, joiners, tatami fitters, painters, gardeners, electricians, and plumbers who apply traditional Japanese techniques to their work.
